Cake pans with lids and spatulas so sturdy,
Cookie scoops, chocolate and twisties so purty,
A cake pop stand so your Styrofoam can grow wings,
These are a few of my favorite cake pop things!
Seasons greetings, friends!
With the holidays quickly approaching, I’m sure you all will be busy baking for parties and family gatherings. So, I thought I’d share what tools of the cake pop trade I like the most… and give them away!
1. KitchenAid Cake Pan. The key to great cake pops is to start with a well-baked cake. This awesome pan’s non-stick finish will make sure that there’s more cake to crumble. It also has really nice side grips and comes with a lid! (donated by KC Bakes)
2. GIR Spatulas. Over the last few years, I have snapped so many spatulas. But not my GIR’s – they are so durable! They can be used in hot cooking as well, and come in a variety of fun colors. I love that they are a solid one-piece unit, which makes them easy to clean. (donated by GIR)
3. OXO Cookie Scoop. This tool is absolutely crucial to my cake pop process. I use it for portioning to ensure that each cake pop is the same size. OXO products are so high-quality, it will last you for a long time. (donated by OXO)
4. Make’n Mold Supplies (candy melts, lollipop sticks, treat bags, twistie ties, candy molds). I use Make’n Mold everything when I make pops. I really like their candy melts, which have such a great consistency, and cover cake balls so smoothly. Their new premium flavors are really tasty, too – try the salted caramel, yum!. (donated by Make’n Mold)
5. KC Bakes Mini Cake Pop Stand. I may be a bit biased on this one, but I really do love my cake pop stands. They make it so easy for you to decorate, display & transport your cake pops. (donated by KC Bakes)

my son just turned 9 in September and he decided that he wants to start learning how to bake. i have a kitchen-aid mixer from about 17 years ago that still works wonderfully but the one item on the top of his list above all his video games and toys is a kitchen-aid mixer of his very own. when i asked him why he told me because he wants to be the best baker he can be and open up his own bakery one day like the cake boss. unfortunately i cant afford one for him this year, but to win this for him would be complete and absolute awesomeness!

I’ve been a self taught cake popper for about a year now, just learning from watching others. I don’t have a lot in the way of tools, only what I can afford here and there. You KC pop stands are so coveted by all the cakepop community, so hopefully one day I can own my own and feel more legit. If I won the KitchenAid Standing Mixer, which would be a miracle – especially since I have never owned one – I would use it to expand my baking abilities from pops to cupcakes, to frostings, to meringues, to macaroons, to breads! And I would be thankful for each day I walk into my kitchen and see it.

Iracely Toro said:
I would make my first ever Homemade banana and strawberry cake without having to mix by hand oh the joy!!!!
ramiro sanchez said:
What I would with my kitchen aid is do most of my baking and cooking dishes which I am starting a catering business with my budget I can’t afford a kitche aid. It will cut my time in half with the kitchen aid since I’m doing everything by hand right now. It will be a wonderful gift. Making doughs and cake batters require a lot of time if u mix with a whisk by hand.
I’ve been married with my wife for 5 years. I have never given her a gift. This will be something wonderful to give her as a gift. This will be useful for both of us since we work together when it comes to cooking and baking. but it will mean more to her

Since the mixer has so many cool attachments to buy for it, I would make everything from fresh ground beef spaghetti sauce and homemade noodles to cakes, ice cream and pastries, and I’d be using it all the time instead of the occasional baking I’ve done with just my bare hands and a whisk, as it’s much easier to be a baker and a cook with arthritis when you have a mixer like that.
