Oy vey, another late night!  I definitely underestimated the work required for this Phillies cake pop arrangement.  When you combine mixing, baking, crumbling, rolling, dipping, detailing, bagging, tagging AND arranging… I think I’m up to 10+ hours of work.  Wow – it didn’t feel like I did all that much, but looking back at that list of steps, no wonder I’m exhausted!

I didn’t take pictures tonight, because the lighting wasn’t right.  But I did snap this “sneak preview” of the tags I made for them… what do you think?
